Deleting your account
You can delete your Roadpack account from inside the app. It is permanent, and it does not require emailing anyone.
How to delete it
- Open Roadpack.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Account.
- Choose Delete account, and confirm.
If you cannot reach the app — a lost device, for instance — email privacy@roadpack.app from the address associated with your account and we will process the deletion for you.
What is deleted
- Your account record, display name, and language preference.
- Your Sign in with Apple grant, revoked with Apple.
- Your session credential, immediately.
- Saved crews and their invitations, and your vehicle presets.
- Trip recaps you saved.
- Device and Live Activity push tokens.
- Every photo and video you uploaded, across every trip — including trips other people are still looking at.
What is not affected
- A guest trip you are currently in. That membership is separate from your account and expires with the trip on its own. Leave the trip if you want to end it sooner.
- Content other people added to a trip. That belongs to them.
- Copies of a recap or keepsake that were already downloaded, exported, or printed. Those cannot be recalled.
- Purchase and allowance accounting records, which are kept as long as required for tax and anti-abuse purposes. They contain no photographs and no trip content.
Deleting your account does not cancel Roadpack Pro. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions before deleting, or you will keep being billed.
How long it takes
The account, session, saved crews, presets, recaps, and tokens are deleted immediately. Media deletion across storage completes within 30 days. Backups are rotated out within 90 days.
